As you know, natural coffee beans contain two seeds inside that grow flat facing each other, like halves of peanuts, relatively speaking, However, due to the result of a natural mutation that occurred for this species, which constitutes about 5% of the crop, the coffee beans contain only one seed like a single child; Which makes the coffee bean pampered and preferred; As a result the space in which it grew becomes smaller leading to a denser, sweeter, richer, and more concentrated and complex flavors compared to regular coffee beans.
