What is Peaberry coffee?

What distinguishes this crop is that it comes from a different species known as the peaberry. As you know, natural coffee beans contain two seeds inside that grow flat facing each other, like halves of peanuts, relatively speaking, However, due to the result of a natural mutation that occurred for this species, which constitutes about 5% of the crop, the coffee beans contain only one seed like a single child; Which makes the coffee bean pampered and preferred; As a result the space in which it grew becomes smaller leading to a denser, sweeter, richer, and more concentrated and complex flavors compared to regular coffee beans.
